This fee will be added to the total order value during checkout.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
Please note that orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Standard shipping time for orders within the United States is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location or other factors such as weather conditions, shipping service interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
If there are any delays on our end, you will be notified via email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track the delivery status in real time.
You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website or via the tracking link in the email.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that you have entered the correct and complete shipping address information. We will not be responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect shipping information on the customer’s part.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, natural factors such as weather or other issues beyond our control.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as the order may have already been processed and dispatched.
8. Refused or Unclaimed Delivery
If an order is refused or not picked up at the address provided, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Unclaimed or refused orders will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
