We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that your item meets the return conditions listed below.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and details of the reason for return in the subject line. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please package your item securely, along with your invoice, return slip, and return form, in the original or other suitable packaging. Be sure to retain the tracking number so you can track the status of your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be accepted for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, unwashed, or otherwise altered.
The original labels and packaging must be intact.
There must be no traces of cosmetics, animal hair, perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
If the item does not meet these requirements, your return may be denied.
Shipping Costs
The standard return shipping cost is $6.99 and is non-refundable once the return is processed. However, if we are at fault (e.g., the wrong item was sent or the product is defective), the return will be free of charge. You may also choose to exchange the item in this case.
Receiving a Defective Order
If you receive the wrong order or a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will promptly assist you in processing the return and providing a solution.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, if it meets our requirements, we will process the refund within 30 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

Changing or Canceling an Order
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. If the item has been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel your order. In that case, you can return the product according to our return policy.
